2 interviews one with shift lead and one with assistant manager. The questions were fairly easy. I felt a little nervous, but it ended up fine. I sat in the dining room and waited to be interviewed.
It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.

It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
