It was a three interview process very short but straight to the point the manager was interested in my past work history and how I deal in difficult situations. Asked how have I have helped in difficult situations in my past job experiences to come up with a solution

It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.

It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
