This is a 101% fraud company & all the employees are scammers over here. The office is situated at a very good tech park in Bangalore to lure jobseekers. The aptitude round is conducted first & no matter you pass or fail in that round they will send you to technical HR round. In the technical round the HR asked all the questions on Core Java & after 15-20 questions when he realised that I was able to answer all the questions he started asking questions that nobody asks a fresher candidate(on hibernate, Spring, data structures..etc). The strategy used in this round is to ask the candidates about the things they don’t know & make them realise that they failed the interview. But still I was positive of the interview since I was able to answer so many questions; But in the evening some HR named ANIL, ph no: 8884510567 called & said that he knows the manager & director of Panel Coder very well & with their concern only he called & he said that the director needs 150000 from the employees who are willing to join the company & they need 75K at the time of giving offer letter & rest 75k within two months & if I am willing to pay the money then I can join the company from very next day. I have the call recording as well of this conversation. If you don’t believe me then you can contact me for the recording & I will send it to you.
I think that the company doesn’t have any projects hence they are doing these kind of fraud / HR scams to pay the rent for the Tech Park space & to pay for their stupid employees/scammers who work there.
Anyways...1 Suggestion to you scammers: Stop playing with the career of innocent people or else remember this “WHAT GOES AROUND COMES BACK AROUND”. Someday the same thing will happen to you or your children.
I hope this company die soon.
