There was an initial phone interview. Once asked to the store, my interviewer was pretty laid back, and brief. The interview part was probably around 10-15 minutes. The compensation package was explained to me, the hourly rate, what you have to do to qualify for benefits. She did some of the talking, which is great, because I get a little nervous.
