Easy , smooth , up beat and friendly conversation in a quiet setting. the store was vibrant an the staff was Courteous an nice. Had to fill out application submit a resume and give some insight on myself personal & business ethics

1) Inform a member that you're there for an application
2) Sit and wait for the manager to come and speak to you
3) They will ask a few questions then say we'll call you back

It was fine and not that bad. It was just fairly easy because I was transferred from another Panera Bread. They asked me simple questions based on my experience in the food industry.
