Shirt and to the point. It was a group interview at the store, very informal and we were given site location to begin working on the spot. Less of an interview and more of an informational.
Phone call then in person interview. Friendly, descriptive of job, no nonsense or irrelevant “pulled from a book” questions. Best interview I have had in a while, as it left me feeling knowledgeable about the position I was applying for and like I was genuinely being asked if I was capable of doing the job.
