Sat down with the area director and had a nice 30 minute conversation about working in the restaurant industry. He was friendly, funny, and I got a good feeling about him as a potential boss.
It was quick and simple. From the application to couple of the interviews . The offer took a long long long time. Questions were very basic nothing extremely difficult. Did a walk through and talked to ppl
