I met with the general manager at the resturaunt, spoke for around 15 minutes, and was given the job then. The process went quickly and was very simple, and the orientation process began immediatley. I worked with the same manager until I was completley hired.

The process was pretty simple and easy. I applied online and then came in for an in person interview that was like 15 minutes long. Was offered the position the next day.

The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
