The interview was a group interview and there was about 12 people in the new Panera location including me. The interview was quite casual and no one dressed up formally for it. They showed us several outdated videos about Panera and then we did some icebreaker activities and introductions. They asked us interview questions along with "what is unique about you" at the same time, and we all went around one by one in the group to answer the questions. Lastly, we did a teambuilding activity in groups of 4 so they could see how we work together and how we approach the activity on hand. Be sure to show how much you love interacting and helping people, and show your passion for working at Panera. Be cheerful and excited, show that you are someone who would treat fellow employees and customers well.

It was super easy! I applied and got an interview with them within a day. The interview was conducted in person, and was very conversational. The interview only lasted about ten to fifteen minutes.

They asked about job availability and work experience. They also listed out the job requirements and made sure to comply with them. Overall, not bad-it was pretty easy and simple.

The interviewer was friendly and informative, demonstrating knowledge of Panera's history, current values and goals. She asked about my experience in working in the food industry. She answered each question well.
