First stage via online recruitment process was great. Successful in application and invited for interview. In person interview included a few competency based questions and general chit chat regarding background / experience. Nothing too heavy. Sadly my good points end there. I have not had any contact from the company since my interview as to whether or not I had been successful. I can understand companies not responding to online applicants due to the volume but when it comes to in-person interviews, candidates spend a lot of time and effort in prepping, travel and taking time off work to attend so to not even have a response back is very BAD practice and is very disappointing to see.
