Group interview process, fairly informal and friendly environment. Ran by store and deputy store manager. Worked on activities as teams and had chance to share views and thoughts individually. Felt like voices could be heard whilst keeping it a fairly relaxed experience.

This is a great place to work, especially if you thrive in a fast-paced environment. The dynamic nature of the work can be exciting and challenging, but it also means the job can become quite exhausting at times, both mentally and physically. While the organization does have some positive aspects, the benefits offered are fairly limited and might not meet the expectations of someone looking for a robust compensation package.
