After applying for the position and completing the company's editing assessment, I took part in a phone interview. The interviewer was very friendly and described the company's services in great detail. Though I had several questions about the job, he had no problem answering every one of them. It was clear that the company genuinely cares about employee satisfaction, so I was excited to accept the position.

Entretien
Phone interview based on skills assessment was basically a job offer rather than interview. The questions were to confirm that I would accept the terms of employment. The interviewer was very nice. I did not feel I needed to sell myself, as the skills assessment had already proven that I was able to perform the job tasks well.
