First two telephonic conversations were awesome.I was really excited about the position.After telephonic round I was told that they'll inform me about the next rounds but I neither got a call nor any email.After few days I tried calling them and after many attempts my call was received and I was told that some information would be shared at the end of that week. I kept waiting but did not get any reply from them.Then no one received the call when l tried. No one replied back to my email too. Just a suggestion for the management... "Please value a candidate's time when he/she values your opportunity". If I'm suitable for the position pull me in. If I don't fit in , please inform "Dear candidate we are unable to process your application further". It is as simple as that.
