First round consisted of a 30min phone interview with 3 members of the ELT. The questions were behavior and resume based. I was invited to the onsite interview at the end of the phone call. Parallon flew me to Orange Park Fl. the next week for a scheduled 1 hour interview. I met with the entire C-suite and the interview lasted 2 hours. The questions were all behavioral based--most based on how to lead/manage people that had different personalities than myself--non-type A people.
