I applied for a visiting nurse position and was contacted For an interview via email. I had a student placement with ParaMed at the location I was applying for. I had an interview with the Hiring Supervisor and another staff member in the ParaMed office for the location I was applying for.

Entretien
It was a hiring event. First there was an intake interview, they asked personal information questions. Then the interview for experience and situational based questions. it was relaxed and the interviewer was very chill and nice.

what's something outside of nursing that you have done that you are proud of? tell me about yourself? strengths and weakness? caring for palliative patient and family who is in denial about the condition? patient fall? how do you comply with HIPPA as a visiting nurse? what goals have you set to comply with the CNO's quality assurance program? patient/family doesn't want to comply with the care plan, what do you do?
