I sat down with the current Sales Team Supervisor (not sure if that’s the correct title) and we went through the job description and he asked me various questions to determine if I’d be a good fit for the position. Once he determined that I’d be a good fit, he explained the hours and benefits of the position. I was offered the position and would’ve taken it, however it stops around 7pm M-F and I have to pick my child up from after-school/summer care by 6pm daily. If you have a drive to make money and have great interpersonal skills, along with the availability for the position’s hours, I highly recommend taking it. Lastly, I will note that this position is 100% commission based so it’s high risk/high-reward, but the Supervisor states that if you follow his method he shows during training; you have nothing to worry about in terms of the risk.
