not hard, you have a phone interview at first and they ask you your interests, so they can match you up with a certain network. Afterwards they set you up with someone in that department. Expect the basic questions just touching on your skills on your resume. Pretty simple.
The Paramount internship interview went really well, and I felt like it was a great conversation overall. I really enjoyed getting to learn more about the role and sharing more about my background and interest in sports production.

There was one AI text-based interview, a phone screening with a recruiter over a month later, then a Zoom call with the hiring manager. I got the results a week after meeting with the hiring manager.
