I responded to a posting on LinkedIn. I received an email from the Director of Talent Acquisition and we set up a thirty minute call. The interviewer was very nice and very good. She asked thoughtful questions and also gave a very good overview into the role and the company.

Cold, distant interviewing method. Very black and white, also seemed like the interviewer was plugging me for proprietary information about my current company (a competitor). I didn't walk away feeling convinced they wanted to know much more about me than my past 6 months of work.

Process was about 4 rounds between initial recruiter introduction through to final stages. The whole process took about 6 weeks and was a good experience. My HR contact was pretty responsive and transparent on the process.
