It took several months to get from the interview screening to the actual interview. The screening was fine from HR, but the actual interview by the hiring manager was questionable at best. I was supposed to meet with two individuals for the position, one was out of office the day of the interview. It took several appointments to get this date. The timeline was not discussed and when I followed up the position was mysteriously filled. All in all it was a huge disappointment from a company that should have had a much better approach. Second time this has happened in my experience with them. Will no longer apply.
