Very straight forward, I e-mailed with the intern coordinator back and forth then she suggested a phone interview. Phone interview was about 20 minutes, just questions about my interests, major, what field I am looking to pursue, etc. She also asked my favorite shows/networks within Viacoms (MTV-Jersey Shore)

Super casual. They ask to walk through your resume. Then you must know about the different subsections of Paramount (for me like Pluto TV) and why it is that you want to work there. They want to hear about relevant course work that relates to the job, and what your goals are if you are to get the internship.
