HR reached out to do a phone screening, afterwards if they think you are a fit they will give you the contact information of the hiring manager. Than it is your job to reach out to the manager and figure out a time to set up the interview. After the interview, they take about a week to let you know whether you received the position or not.
I applied for the program. After applying I received an interview update. I was interviewed with general questions before being taken to interview with the hiring manager. It was a pleasant experience
The interview process was very smooth and each of the interviewers I spoke to were friendly and encouraging. I had a great experience and would highly recommend applying for Paramount's internships.

- kedvesek voltak, egyetemről kérdeztek illetve korábbi tapasztalatomról, szerencsére mindkét manager olyan helyen dolgozott, ahol én is, így megvolt a közös pont :D
- mik voltak a feladataim előző munkahelyemen
- mik a terveim a jövőre nézve
