What makes you stand out from other candidates going for this position?
The process was pretty normal and the people were nice. I did a first round interview with a recruiter and then a second round interview with two people in the department.

First round of interviews was such a refreshing experience! The recruiter was so sweet and genuinely interested in what I had to say. We had an actual conversation opposed to her just reading through questions.
