I did not feel valued as a candidate in this process. I had *seven* interviews over a period of 2 months. It was not uncommon for my interviews to be rescheduled at the last minute due to fire drills. After my final round, there was radio silence from HR. A month later, I was finally informed via form email that they decided to go with another candidate.
