Applied to the entire "Viacom" family of brands as a design intern. Heard back from two separate brands within Viacom. One was the internal Viacom marketing department, and the second was MTV. I scheduled a video interview with both. I answered questions, reviewed my portfolio, and talked them through all my decision decisions and thinking. Had 1 interview with both departments, after which I heard back from both. I ended up accepting an offer with MTV.

Very easy, laid back. Felt like I was chatting to a friend. "tell me about yourself" and then we kinda just talked from there. No tricky questions, or nything that caught me off guard.
