I went through a total of three interviews, two of which were virtual and the final interview was face to face. The final interview was very informal and felt like they really wanted to get know more about who i am as a person.

I received an invitation for a recorded video interview about 3 weeks after applying and completing the initial Pymetrics assessment. About a month after that, I was invited to a finalist interview with the hiring manager.

the interview was in virtual, and it was not good, they didnt ask questions related to my work, just normal questions. nothing more of subjective type. normal questions like how are you .
Online and digital platform heavy, the interview process was somewhat stressful and impersonal but went smoothly. I am still waiting to hear from an actual person. I think the actual interview will be more focused on personality fit
