2.Second round Assignment round - Here you will be given a simple rails application to be build easy to crack

All basic questions of ROR, it was quite easy, there might ask you for some array program.
Hr: Nature of HR was good and understanding
Note: please don't waste the time of candidate if u can't give u the salary what he is expecting(as I told them about my expectation and I can't negotiate on that in starting but in last after clearing all-round u are saying that u can't give that package as you have already hired other developers). this is so unprofessional.
