Went in for face to face interview after having arranged a date and time over the phone. Face to face competency based interview. Fairly straightforward and got an answer within a matter of hours.

Tell me about a time you've had to deal with a difficult customer, how you approached this and the steps you took?
3 stage interview process. Group assessment, role play and numerical tests.
All in all it went a lot quicker than expected and was quite a relaxed process.
I was called the same day to say I was successful.
