Very unprofessional. Admin reached out and asked me to submit a cover letter, because they hadn't received one with my application. After taking the time to write a cover letter extensively detailing my background and interest in the role, per their request, I was contacted to set up an interview. When I tried to coordinate this interview, I was ghosted. Sent multiple follow-ups to the admin, but no response.

I had a 30 minute interview which consisted of mostly behavioral questions and questions about my experience. They never got back to me - not even a no. It was the least they could do to at least tell me a yes or no since I had put my time into the interview process.
