Applied online, filled out a pretty hefty skills test, heard back quickly and went through two rounds of phone interviews before being made an offer. Recruiters were very friendly to work with. First call was with my manager and recruiter, second call was with my manager and his manager (recruiter couldn't make the second one).

Phone call - basic questions, why you and why this company, you strengths and weaknesses. Then they will probably ask if you have any other questions and end the interview at that point.
