For my post, which was a new one created upon dept. restructuring, two level interview was held. One by the Dept. Head and other by VP level on Business domain. Questions pertained to knowledge of the business domain and related work. Having prior exposure to the company flagship product 'iMAL' was an added advantage.

Technical interview was on paper for technical questions which was not proper but exam was medium and contains relevant questions.
It contained object oriented principle questions and sql stored procedure. HR interview was good and friendly
Talked with several persons about personal and technical stuff the interview was very warm and friendly and they asked many questions like how many years u worked as a tester What is your current experience

Entretien
A technical interview with the responsible engineer discussing programming concepts, basically C# and .Net framework, OOP concepts. After that, a human resources interview was conducted to discuss future trends, language proficiency, and some other stuff.
