A recruiter contacted me and introduced themself to me as well as gave me information about the position and company. The interview process was only two different interviews followed by the offer.

Entretien
First round is a 30 minutes hr phone interview then second round is with 2 team lead and 1 department lead separately but continually , 30 minutes each. The first one is about design and ur motivations, then the second is behavioral question, the third one is similar but harder.

Entretien
I had 2 interviews, one with the recruiter ( about 15-20 min) and another one with the team ( 90 min video interview with 3 different interviewers ) followed by the offer. The process is easy and people are very nice and friendly.

What is the difference between padding and margin?
It was very smooth. I liked speaking with all the people I interviewed with. They were all really nice and really tried to pick my brain. I thought the interview was going to be hard and lasted long, but it didn't.
