HR screening, followed by an initial tech screening where we implemented fundamental JavaScript functions. The interviewer allowed me to use Google, reference MDN docs, and explain my thought process throughout. Testing for edge cases were emphasized as important.

Overall process was pretty standard. The recruiter was very nice, and there was a standard software engineering, leetcode-style question. I froze up on the interview and didn't get pass the initial screen. However the interviewer was very nice, but new I didn't pass about 20 minutes in, which seems about standard.

Standard coding challenges, system design, and culture fit interviews. Extremely transparent, excited, and empathetic interviewers -- Everyone was very focused on the mission and cultural values.
Total process was probably 6ish hours, with a heavy focus on collaboration and discussion
