Entretien
There is 3 interviews: 2 technical and 1 with HR manager.
First interview will be with one of the senior employee in the organisation.
If selected there will be a panel of 2-3 during the second interview.
Questions will be based on Basic Problem solving and High level SQL.

2. Challenges faced in last project? How did you solved it.
3. Raw SQL writing for finding employee with highest and second highest salary, Employee department etc.
4. Ruby mixins and other ruby concepts.

Entretien
I applied through their careers page. The interview started well. But mid way, I could hear one of the interviewer smirking on some design decision I took. I think they were in some hurry and expected me to deliver a solution that they had in mind and not work with me on the solution. An interview that didn't go well because the interviews had no intention to listen.
