I Interviewed with several of the project managers and the head of the company. There was several rounds of interviews that span over two weeks. It was a good experience overall.

3 interviews, tests passed, Several hours wasted. And after everything they said I was great and they looked forward to working with me, they just needed to do a reference check. All references were exceptional, except they decided that they weren't going to move forward because my old boss does not have the best command of the English language and they didn't even try to understand him. He is loud, verbose, and has a heavy accent. I think the company may be racist.
