First is HR round in which they have checked my communication skills and given a small written test based on current work knowledge and after that travel head took the complete interview related to my work knowledge and my education and overall experience in some last companies.

The questions which i asked for it was why do you want to leave your current company it asked by the travel head mr praveen saxena. it is very common question for interview but he judge me when i given the exact reason for changing the job
