Hello - we're really saddened to read your review. It feels like you felt totally forgotten and we failed to come back in a timely way (as we always try and do!). I know for the TA to read this will be extremely distressing as she is so passionate about candidate experience for everyone! Unfortunately we have had a major squeeze on this week with the TA team being out for really important Mental Health Training. It's only a small team and our comms in all areas fell behind.
