J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Payden & Rygel (Los Angeles, CA) en avr. 2011

Very strange. No really looking to get to know you as much as figure out how smart you are. Doesn't appear to be much mobility within the organization. Meet a lot of very smart people who are happy to tell you how much they know. They do more talking than listening.

Applied and got an interview quickly. The first interview was with one person (in the original interview request, it was meant to be two people) and was 45 minutes long.

They first held a short thirty minute on-campus interview where they asked about my resume and to talk about my experiences. It then transitioned into a hard verbal math test. Answering the questions correctly wasn't the most important as long as you explained your thought process in getting to an answer. About a week later they invited for another interview at their office in which they asked questions about working in a team, dealing with a conflict, why this position, etc.
