First interview with HR to cover some general questions about career and interest in Payhawk. It then was followed by a case with manager and a fit interviews with the CEO. Questions were centered around experience and interest in payhawk while the case was a mix of analytical and idea generation

HR interview first, then hiring manager and finally matrix-manager. Although the process seems quite straight-forward, the criteria for assessment on each step were very vague and the interviews lacked structure. No feedback was provided at the end.
