It was a 1 on 1 interview, went pretty well she just asked general questions about your previous job history your strength and weakness etc, I wasn't asked for a 2nd interview nor job offer, some jobs or not keen on 2nd chances. I will keep looking tho!

What would your last employer say was your biggest strength and biggest weakness.
I passed and started quickly. The process was simple and not intimidating. Everything felt straightforward, and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for an easy experience. I enjoy working here.

Easy basic questions like job history, availability, and why you chose to interview.
Interview was less than 30 minutes and hired same day. They will almost always hire on the spot im a teenager and they still gave me a job.

It was a verbal in-person interview with manager. Described desired position, why, and goals. Asked a lot of questions as well. It was a very quick and straightforward process after the interview.
