It took a week and a half just for the store manager to actually sit down with me and interview me. Then it took another two weeks to tell me I was hired. I submitted my application and personality test online. In person i allowed a back ground check and when I was told I got the job I had to go to a drug screening. After which the process was very quick. They ask very simple retail questions such as what is your job experience, what would you do in certain situations, and they do some role playing on your selling techniques.
