had three interviews when applying for this position. first interviewed with a store manager, then a group leader, then a district leader. the interview process wasn't that demanding but it did take three months to officially be hired and start my job. communication seemed slow and not very efficient.

Hiring process is pretty easy. You get called in for an interview with store manager, if you are a good potential you get scheduled for a 2nd interview. The most successful candidate is called back and an offer is made.
