When answering the scenarios be truthful, there is not wrong or right answer, it is just based on your experience or your past. Both interview was 1:1 Had to do role play for both interviews. It is quite easy! All you have to do is say, "Welcome to Payless Shoe Source, my name is blah blah and how can I help you today?" Always suggest other shoes, ask them what color? what occasion? tell them about the discounts, tell them what you can wear with the shoes, don't be shy, and accessories them. Both managers said I did wonderful with role play, I received a A+ lol. Both managers agreed to hire me and I got the job!
