I had met the manager that interviewed me in person beforehand, and we really clicked. She was a very nice lady and really put her trust in me. I was very confident in the skills that I had developed from my other jobs, and so in the end she offered me a position as a key holder instead of associate.

Interview was less than 30 minutes and hired same day. They will almost always hire on the spot im a teenager and they still gave me a job.
