Entretien
I first interviewed with the District Store Leader from the North and that was a one on one Q&A and then a role play. He called the next day and offered me an assistant store leader position, which I declined. I kept checking the site and 2 weeks later found an opening for Store Ledaer in the South and applied. I was called by the District Leader and scheduled an interview with one of his Group Leaders. This was also Q&A and role play. He called a few days later and said I was eligible for a second interview which we scheduled. That was conducted by him and the District Leader and at the end of it I was officially offered the position,which I accepted. I started a week after that.

Entretien
It was done by a panel of leaders and the district leader. The interview was done at a hotel and based on how well you did you would go to the next person and until you got to the end.

I applied on Indeed, it took 2 weeks for them to get back to me and another 2 weeks to set up and complete interviews. The interviews were one and a half hours long each. Phone and in person.

Entretien
DL recruited off of Indeed resume, emailed to set up interview. Face to face with District Leader then passed onto the Group Leader a few days after for another face to face. Offer given a few days afterwards, 1 day to think it over then. Accepted offer and went into 6 mths of training before being placed.
