The process comprises of several steps: first, you do a quick phone call-interview with hr manager (10-15 minutes), then you are sent an email with test. Test takes 1.5 hours and consists of several questions (for example, a client profile is given and you are asked to write a feedback whether or not you would allow payments from this candidate; plus some mysql tasks). Then if successful, you’re invited to their office for assessment day. Overall activities take up to half a day and during this time you meet with hiring departments, hear introduction presentations, given a quick simulation task and go through multiple interviews.

Entretien
The process took us around a month, with 6-7 different assignments, in person meetings and online interviews. Although it was quite exhausting for an entry level position, both the HR representative and the future team lead made sure I was kept updated on each and every process, they made it as easy as possible from their end.
