I applied on craigslist and got a very quick response from Jen, the cute front desk girl, regarding they wanted to interview me. I interviewed with a very professional woman named Jocey and instantly had a second interview with a detail oriented woman named Kayla. I had a good feeling when I left. That night I received a call and was told I got the job! I was so excited and started that next Monday. The office is very upbeat, friendly and close with each other. We know how to have fun and still remain business oriented. I recommend anyone to look at a possible future with PC care support!

There were only two interviews, a total of about ten minutes in all. It's not exactly a high-skill job, I feel like they rotate through employees. The questions were just to make sure I was competent with computers, was going to be around for more than a few months, and that I was a decent human being.

There weren't really any difficult questions. As long as you have a basic grasp of computers, and are a competent, decent human being, they'll hire you.
