You submit your resume online, it is dumped in with hundreds of others. It helps if you know someone so that they can tell the hiring manager what name to look for. If you are lucky enough to get an interview and they like you it can take up to two months to finish the process before they make an offer.

Entretien
Interview was straight and simple to the point. What my role would like day to day. Talked about my past experience and what I have done that will contribute to the work field. I was in the emergency department, assisting nurses and patient admin. It was a good experience and gained new skills.
