I went through a series of 3 interviews. I was able to learn more about the company, what they do on a daily basis, the pay and hours, opportunities for advancement, and any concerns or questions that I had. Once completed, I was offered the position with the company.

I applied to the marketing assistant position. First initial interview was with the owner of the organization, he is very nice and informative. It lasted about 20-30 minutes when I was asked to come in for a second round the next day. Second round interview was with a leader in the organization at Dunkin Donuts. During this time the title and job requirements of the position was slightly different in the original advertisement and I was informed that pay is commission (signing people up for Home Depot promotions), which was something I was not looking for. Third round interview was the same day at the office with the owner again. Culture is very important here, which I enjoyed and was something I was seeking in a company to work for. Everyone was very nice and answered all my question, it just was not for me.
