Entretien
I applied for the position in October. In late November I received an e-mail from an HR recruiter that the position was on hold for a short time, but they were now going to be hiring for it. The initial interview was with the HR recruiter and considered the basic questions (why are you switching jobs, what can you bring to this company). One interesting question was "What have I done that made a direct impact on a client?".
After I cleared up some HR business at my current company I had an in-person interview. The interview was with who would be my manager as well as another manager in the department. The questions were pretty much all the same. The only negative was that the position was switched from a permanent position to a temporary position the day before my second interview. I still interviewed as it was possible that the position could switch back.

What have you done that benefited a client in a positive way?
Phone screen to begin with, then interview with manager which basically explore the job description and some of your experience. Another interview with manager and some team members so you can get a better sense of the job and the people you may work with. Also the chance to ask more specific questions.
One-hour interview with a HR manager as the first step. Then another interview with the managers. The interviews both in Polish and English. The interviews executed online and scheduled with a one-week notice.

Entretien
I was contacted a week or so after I submitted an application. The team manager scheduled an interview with me. The interview consisted of the team manager, a senior content developer and me. Almost all of the questions were what you would expect.
I was given the opportunity to move to the second round of the interview where I interviewed with another senior content developer, a different manager, and a project manager.
They asked roughly the exact same questions which I found incredibly frustrating.
They volume of questions did not give me much time to ask them many questions in return.
