There were two rounds of one to one interview. Both interviewers were very nice. No pressure at all. They have already decided to hire you if you get the second round of interview.

Face to face interview. Happened on the campus followed by written test.
Few weeks later had a face to face interview again. Interview was average, person who was sitting next to me for interview dint know a thing about publishing but got placed which was pathetic.

2 hr take home exercise followed by interview. Pearson needs to pay people for taking that exercise because they force you to take it at a set time during the work week, which is incredibly difficult if you still have a job you have to be at.
The interview process was smooth, professional, friendly. The Human Resource folks will take some time getting back to you with your offer letter and so on, which is a bit annoying if you're looking at other offers. Otherwise it went very well.
